Swan Valley WA
The Swan Valley is WA’s oldest wine growing area. Traditional owners of the region are the Nyoongar Aborigines who have numerous sacred sites within the valley.  Located about 30 km n-e of the Perth, with the Swan River meandering through it, the valley is home to over 40 wineries including Evans & Tate, Little River, Houghton, Sandalford. Taste of the Valley (Apr), Avon Descent (Aug), Spring in the Valley (Oct).
